Animal welfare and protection are some of the most lucrative tax free businesses. Fortunes are made off the backs of suffering animals. Efficacy and accountability are nonexistent. That is why, more than twenty years after sounding the alarm regarding animal cruelty and dog fighting (refer to previous blogs), only the illusion that things have gotten better has changed.
