Those that demonize almost always use an excuse to justify their hate. 

For this person, the excuses are many as to why he hates Israel, the only Jewish nation in a world full of Islamic theocratic nations and countries with Christian majority populations.

When Jew haters are refuted on one of their accusations, they quickly look for another accusation and way to demonize.

Casualties of war are not genocide. War kills children. Instead of wanting more of the hate and demonizing that leads to war, a person that truly cares about children would not use their platform to promote more of the hate and demonizing. 

He would not be silent about the many wars and genocides raging throughout the world, or child marriage that destroys the lives of millions of children.

He would not be silent about Hamas's October 7 mass rape, murder, mutilations and other atrocities committed in Israel against defenseless people of all ages. or the mass rape and murder of thousands of Iranian protestors by the Iranian regime. Or the mass slaughter, genocides and wars raging throughout the Congo region, Sudan, Mali, Mozambique, Yemen, Myanmar, Ukraine, Burkina Fasso, Somalia, and in many more places. 

He demonizes and hides his hate behind a facade of righteousness and virtue signaling. No child would have died in Gaza from war had Hamas not committed atrocities inside of Israel against even babies, children, the very old, and then waged war using Gazan civilians and children to hide behind and beneath. 

His selective outrage reflects his bias and hate. 

Children of Sudan are dying now from genocide, eliciting not even a whisper from the Israel bashing obsessed. 

He and his ilk only care about human life and children if they can use suffering to blame the objects of their hate and scorn. They are silent about child marriage and the millions of children suffering from extreme poverty, wars, terror, real genocides, raging all over this sad and wounded planet because they do not have the Jew or Israel to blame.
