Wall Street Higher Figuring Their Bridge Building Woman Is In

                                      When Hillary Clinton went around for years amassing millions by her overpriced speeches to wall street banks and brokerages(money means nothing to those entities; it pours to them them like water without having to do an ounce of real work or sweat), was that the bridge building she is promising now?  Is that why wall street had a huge jump, ecstatic with joy that the FBI investigation is over and that she will prevail?
